These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nobugpest.com and the SMS and email communications sent by No Bug Pest Control ("No Bug," "we," "us"). By using the website or by opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our communications.
No Bug provides pest control services to multifamily apartment buildings, property managers, building owners, supers, and tenants in New York City — primarily the Bronx and Brooklyn. We are licensed by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC License # CO899591) and operate under all applicable state and federal regulations.
Pest control services are provided to property managers and building owners under separate written service agreements that describe scope, pricing, billing, and operational terms. These Terms are not a service agreement and do not by themselves create any obligation by No Bug to perform services. The terms of any active service agreement control the commercial relationship and prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

You consent to receive transactional SMS messages from No Bug related to pest control service — appointment confirmations, reminders, tech-arrival notifications, work order updates, service-completion notices, and operational coordination. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on active service. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. No Bug does not charge you for SMS messages.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS from No Bug.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
